Cj Farabaugh is a mixed media painter and illustrator based in Tampa, Florida.

Farabaugh's work can be described as narrative impressionistic realism. Specializing in both acrylic and oil paint, as well as inks, coloured pencils and charcoal, Farabaugh began painting at the age of 9 and began selling professionally at age 17. When they were only 13 years old, Farabaugh began showing in local art shows, and later, at 17, academic galleries.

Farabaugh's work is heavily inspired by nature and spirituality, and has evolved over time to become more narrative. Though still heavily focusing on figure and landscape as their prime subject matter, they are telling more stories, and have begun working in series as their works are becoming more thematic. Because Farabaugh is on the spectrum, they are on a constant quest to not only analyse and interpret the world through their own eyes, but to express and share this unique way of interacting with the world with their viewers through their work.
